“Slow and Steady: The Joy Ride”

The twinkling eyes and happy faces of the LKG students was unmissable as they boarded the tram for their first ever tram ride. As the tram left the Gariahat
tram depot for Esplanade, they spotted many familiar and new spots while singing "Wheels of the Tram" song. They waved excitedly at the iconic Birla
Mandir and the teacher pointed important places like the post office, banks, Quest Mall and other schools on the way. As they neared Esplanade, some
children happily shared their experience of visiting the New Market. They excitedly pointed different land transport such as taxis, buses, motorbikes and
auto rickshaws, making the ride a fun and learning experience.
