Class IV Project Work

Science Project Work: Adaptations in Animals

The project helped them understand how animals adjust to their surroundings to survive. Each student selected a habitat and showed how two animals are adapted to live there. Through the booklet and model, they learned about protective features, movement, food habits, and special characteristics that help animals live in different environments.

Mathematics Project: Fun with Geometry – Dots, Lines, and Circles

This project, “Fun with Geometry – Dots, Lines, and Circles,” helps students explore the beauty of geometry through creative and practical activities. It shows how simple geometric concepts like dots, lines, and circles are used to create beautiful designs such as rangoli and alpona. Students learn to draw shapes, connect dots, and form patterns that develop both their mathematical understanding and artistic skills. The project also connects geometry to real-life examples like wheels, bangles, and kites, helping students realize that geometry is not just in math books but all around us in art, nature, and everyday life.
