Annual Sports Day 2025-26

The BSS School Primary Section celebrated its Annual Sports Day on 30th January 2026. The school’s expansive playground served as the venue for the day’s event. The event began with the opening ceremony with the children marching with the school flag and the house flags followed by an incredible display of gymnastics by the students. The Principal Ms. S. Sen welcomed the gathering with her words of inspiration. The Chief Guest for the event was Mrs. Aban Confectioner, Head, Junior School, Modern High School For Girls. Together with the administrative heads of the school, the sports meet was declared open for the participants to showcase their talents. Students from Classes Nursery to V participated in a great amalgamation of track and field events like Drill display, Zumba, Karate, Skating, Gymnastics, Sprints, Relay Races and so on. Renowned schools from the city also joined in to participate in the Inter-School Relay Race and Inter-School Sprint to add on to the thrill. Races for the teachers, parents and the staff filled the atmosphere with excitement and applaud. The day concluded with a vote of thanks from the Headmistress Ms. S. Pincha. It was indeed a wonderful display of agility, coordination, strength, stamina and sportsman spirit by all the participants. It was a day filled with joy, enthusiasm and memories to cherish.
